National swimmer Pang Sheng Jun secured his first individual medal at this year’s Southeast Asian Games, something that has been eluding him for a while. He also happens to have a pretty chiselled body – just look at that V! Kicking off the first of my Yahoo Singapore #FitFind of the Week columns, this will be the male version of the #Fitspo column I’ve been running since the start of the year. This runs on Wednesdays, while the female one runs on Monday as per normal. How does Sheng Jun balance university studies and 10 training sessions a week? Mad respect for these national athletes. His views on fitness here.
