I finally found the courage to go for CrossFit, after thinking that it's too tough or that I wasn't fit enough to try it. Well, it wasn't that bad and in fact, I liked it so much that I will go back for more someday! Just leave the ego and fears behind, go in with no expectations, have a ready attitude...
