My best 2019 moments

Time really flies fast when you’re having fun, and when things get busy. 2019 has been an incredible year and it was so hard for me to just choose 9 best moments, so here is a roundup of my highlights of 2019:

♡ Snagged a PB at Ironman 70.3 Vietnam
♡ Qualified for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship 2020
♡ Did my first ever trail race (25km) in France with Volvic Asia
♡ Did my first marathon at the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon

Cover girl for Run Singapore magazine with Theragun Singapore
♡ Was bridesmaid for TWO weddings – my sister Claudia and for Carrie too
♡ Completed my Class 2B course, TP test next
♡ Travelled the beautiful south of France on a road trip
♡ Survived a campervan trip to the south of New Zealand with Ian, Jaime, Oliver, Anthony and Ernest

♡ Did my second ‘nude’ shoot, this time for Singapore Women’s Weekly
Celebrated #RTNTturns3 with a 4x1km relay with 100 people
♡ Was one of only two tri clubs in Asia to receive a grant from Women For Tri, hence able to organise the first ROCKtri Ladies Aquathlon for 80 ladies
♡ Launched body positivity campaigns with Puma, Perk by Kate and Rentadella
♡ Created the ‘OutdoYourself’ programme with 100PLUS Singapore to help people train for the SCSM
♡ Had the first ROCKrunners runcation at Pangkor Laut resort
Hung out with legend Tim Don for Specialized Asia’s 10th anniversary

♡ Officially became a triathlon coach under the National Registry of Coaches and started coaching triathletes
♡ Became a founding trainer with awesome HIIT gym GRITYARD
♡ Joined the amazing PURPOSE Performance Wear for digital marketing under the grand vision of Noor

The list can keep going on but I just wanna say a huge THANK YOU once again to every single one of you who believes in me, my passions and my work. I will keep hustling, I promise.

There are a few people I’d really like to thank (you know who you are), for sticking by me and just for being present for me. As we get older and busier and our priorities change, it becomes challenging to be there for others sometimes, so I am very grateful.
